Cancer Connection to hold Black Friday raffle for La-Z-Boy chair, tickets on sale now

Christmas can come a little early to your house when you purchase tickets for a La-Z-Boy recliner in Cancer Connection’s Black Friday Raffle. Raffle tickets are now on sale at the Monroe Cancer Center, 800 Stewart Road, Monroe, through Friday, November 29.

Tickets are $1 each or six tickets for $5. One lucky ticket will be drawn for the La-Z-Boy recliner of the winner’s choice. All proceeds benefit the non-clinical services to cancer patients and survivors provided by Mercy Memorial Hospital System Cancer Connection.

Mercy Memorial Cancer Connection is funded in part by the United Way organization and a program of Mercy Memorial Hospital. Volunteers drive patients to cancer centers within a 50-mile radius of MMHS, fuel cards assist those who can drive themselves. Nutritional supplements, medical supplies, support groups, wigs, hats and scarves are all provided on a donation basis to residents of Monroe County.
